Everything is perfect and the furniture is very beautiful, but the problem is when you order some pieces that are not available, the delivery period will be between two months to seven months. I hope you will consider this topic.

The worst furniture store in KSA. I bought a bedroom and a dining room table, which were both broken. After several replacements, they finally refunded me the bedroom, however i still have broken chairs for the table. Stay away from them. They dont even deserve this 1 star. If you never chase them, they will never contact you.

Thanks to Ashley Furniture for an outstanding customer experience. A special thanks to their Sales Personal, Ms. Nahla Al-Saggaf, for her professionality, who ensured my buying experience and concerns were fully met with satisfaction. Had purchased a 7,000 SAR living room set, and although the Sofa delivered had a minor defect, I was provided with a completely new replacement before the defective one was even picked up from my apartment. Their sofas are amazingly comfortable. Truly US quality standards. I compare my experience with Ashley Furniture to that I've had with Loft By Etab, a well known luxury brand in the furniture business, which was completely unpleasant; considering the 15,000 SAR set I've bought. In the past 2 years, their customer service failed to respond to my countless requests for maintenance, coupled with poor experience with their management staff that simply showed no value to their customers. Their sofas give back problems more than providing you with comfort. Ashley furniture will always be my #1 trusted choice for any future purchases in the Kingdom. Putting my money where it's worth spending.
