Went to Kia Jeff Wyler Eastgate to get my Kia and took it Kia service to get it serviced, Richard Thomas took care of everything, He was great and put me in a new 2021 Kia ( my future car lol ) for a loaner car , Would definitely tell everyone to go to Kia Eastgate

I assisted my grandpa to the dealership over the weekend and Ryan Mitchell is the guy you need to see. He is professional and tries to get you the best deal possible that is within your budget. We initially came in wanting to see a Telluride but after finding out it wasn't within budget he still tried to find a vehicle that was within budget to make it work. He was very engaging and asked questions and even though we were there for longer then expected we were given top notch customer service. Always was greeted by other salesmen and asked if we wanted something to drink. Ryan kept apologizing for the delay in the process but anyone who knows going to buy a new vehicle knows (or should know) it's a process. Ultimately, my grandpa went with the 2020 Kia Sorento and he loves it! Best advice is to never go to a dealership on an EMPTY STOMACH. :) Other than that, Ryan is your guy if you want professional, genuine customer service and are looking for someone to help you with your budget in what you can ealistically\ buy. Never go into the dealership with unrealistic expectations. Again, Ryan is the man and we will start going to him for our car buying needs in the future!!

Went into Kia at Eastgate and was greeted by Rob Fancher. Nice guy, wasn’t sure what I wanted when I walked in but Rob let me test drive a few Kia seltos and got me a great price on one. He was friendly, professional and wasn’t the typical pushy cars salesman. I had a wonder experience today at the Kia Eastgate location. Stop by or call and ask for Rob Fancher. He’ll be glad to assist you.

Rob Fancher @ Eastgate Jeff Wyler Kia is FANTASTIC!!! He was helpful and knowledgeable without a doubt, but most of all, he was just a really nice guy who makes you smile. 100% recommend asking for him to help you find your new Kia....great car, great warranty, great company!
