I want to personally thank Daniel Frye for pulling off the impossible and getting me into a brand new Kia ! His sales manager also worked wonders for me so that I was able to get a payment within my range of budget. The entire staff checked on me and my daughter while we were there. They shared candy and food with my daughter and made the entire experience stress and hassle free! I will tell everyone I know to come to you guys . I appreciate the hard work everyone put in by the end of the night to get paperwork and everything verified. Seriously, everyone that was their on 02/25 was working on getting me in the car ! Took 6 hours but they did it. I’m grateful it has a warranty because I have two small children and that gives me a huge peace of mind. Thank you a million times over. You guys made a dream come true and that is priceless for me.

I just recently bought my second car from Wyler’s and from Grady and it’s always fun and easy to pick what the car I love and get the payment my wallet loves. Grady is passionate about helping people get what they want and will work tirelessly to do so. (He also makes hilarious videos!) This was my first time working with Josh Richardson and it won’t be my last. He was smart, friendly and extremely helpful handling my trade in and helping me with financing. Finally I worked with Mike to finish my paperwork and he explained everything in terms the average person could understand and I found no hidden fees. Just honest and helpful hardworking people who are working for you. Honestly, everyone I ran into there was kind and helpful including Eric Powell, Jon Brown and Brian Lannon.

I’m giving one star because they worked with me on the price of my vehicle and another star because my salesperson was very responsive to emails/ texts. On another note. I was here for 5 hours. I drove an hour from out of town and my commute time is not included in that 5 hours. I don’t know how else to communicate my dissatisfaction with this other than a review. It was a weekend day- I’m sure the dealership knew they would be busy and they need to work on their staffing protocol. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT COVID GUIDELINES. Employees don’t wear masks, customers don’t wear masks and most of the people who did wear them didn’t have them on properly. Honestly, I would have left as soon as I walked in but I got a good deal on the car so I stayed. Just avoid coming here at all- at least until the pandemic is over. It’s probably not worth saving a few thousand bucks.

Neil was very helpful and patient with me. Found a great car to fit my needs with a big family. Very affordable price with my trade in. No pressure environment and always has answers to my questions. I would recommend them over the other chevy dealerships I've been to.

If your looking for a GREAT & RELIABLE Vehicle, this is the place to go. Tom was my Sales guy & my Husband has gotten all his Cars there for over 20 years. Tom is the \Go To Guy\ there. I told him what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, & everything down to the littlest detail & feature. I had spent over 2 months looking for my Lincoln MKX & I was about to give up & settle for a different SUV. Then, my Husband called Tom his salesman here, and told him what I was looking for & wanted. Then...... He called me back within 30 minutes & told me to come pickup my new car. Even though it was almost a 2 hour drive there, it was so worth it. It looked so much more Beautiful than any of the other MKX's I looked at. Tom was so helpful, so polite, and the BEST SALESMAN I have ever had when buying a car. So if you're looking to buy a new/used car, this is the place to go & ask for Tom.
