They are the ABSOLUTE WORST... at one time I had to re-ask... is this Ameren or State of Missouri??... You all are extended customer service reps... you're supposed to be looking out for tax paying citizens rather than fully supporting utility company positions

COMPLETELY USELESS OFFICE! THEY DONT SERVE THE PUBLIC!!! If I could give less than one star, I would. This office and /or commission is a WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY! Take PUBLIC and SERVICE OUT OF THE NAME. NEITHER ARE REPRESENTED BY THIS OFFICE! SHOULD BE AMEREN SCREW THE PEOPLE OFFICE! This is where we need to look at eliminating useless money spent!!! I'm sure to be looking into this office when it comes time to vote!

I filed a complaint with the PSC regarding Ameren trying to force me to pay a bill I'm not liable for. I have submitted proof that I wasn't living in the residence during the time services were being used, including a resident ledger from the current property owners stating my official move out date & a copy of my new lease. They sided with Ameren & my electricity has been disconnected until I pay 779.82. I'm disabled & have asthma; my 2 girls have asthma. I had a disability hearing 3/29/2017 for which I have yet to get a decision. I have NO INCOME. Unless I can reach into the furthest depths of my ass & pull out huge wads of cash, IT'S NOT HAPPENING. I REFUSE to pay one rusty red cent of a bill I'm not liable for. Public SERVICE Commission?? Yeah, right!

this site did'nt let me publish maybe now it will an eight percent increase for empire electric ,what public are they serving perhaps the share holder public certainly not the working public, I know the peopleon ssi didnt get an eight percent raise we are not responsible to garantee a profit to thease con men, no one that truly served the public would have given thease people a rate increase like that,I think working men should be on this comimssion not stock holders, or bankers you all get less than one percent intrest on savings and thease jokers get eight percent whats wrong with this picture we need a texassystem let us choose the lowest priced supplyer not have a monopoly, like empire electric.
