The OCDC reviewed my case once they received it from me, noted the likely malpractice, sent my complaint forward in their \process\ to an STL egional committee\, and the STL \committee\ in charge of reviewing the likely malpractice did absolutely nothing after our first meeting. Why? They are peers/friends of the lawyer that committed the likely malpractice. Therefore, it was dismissed. A lot of CYA going on within, per usual. The Clayton Cartel hard at work at protecting one another. Blatantly obvious breaches of duty on my case that cost me thousands of thousands in losses. Not 1 issue. Not 2 issues. 3 issues of breach of duty and negligence. OCDC is not helpful. Sue your lawyer instead. Don't waste time with OCDC. File the malpractice suit straight away and skip OCDC. The entire entity is a waste of time and resources. Just a way to protect the corrupt by the corrupt. PS....Stay away from attorney Robert N. Hamilton. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
