Sheila is very courteous and helpful. The only downfall is the drive to get to this business is HORRIBLE, but the estate of Wayne Trahan who own the drive do not seem interested in fixing it. Had to buy 2 new tires after using the drive. However, Jefferson Storage is very reasonable, and safe.

Bc my storage got broken into and they did nothing to help they have no video surveillance and on top of that this has happened to others that I have talked to and they are doing nothing to rectify the situation for me or 8 others that had theirs broken into

It was received by us through the postal service. Mr Robert Francez technically perpetrated a fraud when his check bounced. He received the springs but has ignored our effects to collect the funds.
