If you're looking to create a Living Trust, Will, Durable Financial Power of Attorney, or Health Care Directives, I'd highly recommend that you consider Hall Legal Services. My wife & I just finished working with Jeffrey P. Hall, PLLC, to complete each of these documents. It was obvious from the start that Jeff is extremely proficient in his field. Jeff was extremely professional & easy to work with throughout the process. Organizing these documents can seem daunting but Jeff explained everything in a manner that was easy for us to understand and provided very helpful advice throughout the entire process. AS others do, I did some research, but in minutes, yes minutes, I found Mr. Jeffrey Hall. So glad I made an appointment with Mr. Hall, as it was a very pleasant experience! He listened to what we wanted and then he explained everything in detail, left nothing out! In a timely manner he drew up the legal documents for us such as a Revocable Living Trust, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Power of Attorney, (Health Care Directives) I was impressed with his attentiveness to us, his clients! Phone calls and emails to Mr. Hall were returned promptly. His fee was fair! So I would consider Mr. Hall to be \Excellent!

His fees are reasonable and he will never pressure you in any way. Jeff has the patience of the gods when it comes to scheduling appointments, helping you decide on the best options and taking the time to explain the details to you until you understand and are satisfied. My wife and I had Jeff prepare several documents for us: Revocable Living Trust, Wills, General Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Powers of Attorney.
