Very irresponsible maids. Maids have the final say whether they want to work on a particular day even though it had been agreed upon and regular cleaning appointments have been prefixed. As a consequence, last minute cancellations happen frequently as commanded by the maids. Quality of work does not match the steep fees charged by the agent on customers.
