If you want a warm welcome mixed with a wonderful experience then I suggest you visit Billy Wood Ford. Definitely ask for Kyle when you go in. He will make sure that everything is taken care of and do not have to spend all day at the dealership. We walked in knowing we wanted a new Explorer and we left in the perfect explorer. We got what we wanted and go it at the best possible price. Again, I would definitely suggest going to Billy Wood Ford and asking for Kyle.

Purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator from them in late 2018. Upon arrival after driving 6 hours, both the headrest LCD screens were broken. They made a note before I agreed to finalize the purchase that they would provide replacement parts. Gave them a month and a lot of \we will have them shortly\ before I just bought what I needed on eBay. I sent them my receipt and didn't even ask for anything for my install time. Nothing. The back left wheel was also cracked (though they might not have known) and the tire sidewall was plugged (not safe!). Disappointed.
