The worst postal service ever. The staff is arrogant and responds badly to customers, they do not check the package code, and many are lost or give you a package that is not yours. it is shameful and I believe that DHL should remove their license to operate this way. Really ashamed.

An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Wenn sie keinen Lust auf den Job haben, warum haben sie überhaupt erst den DHL-Service angenommen? Man hat wirklich keine Lust in das Geschäft zu gehen. Sobald der Zettel im Briefkasten ist und es steht Postfiliale Karl-Marx-Allee drauf hat man bereits die Schnauze voll.
