I am from out of state but I visit pretty often and never miss a chance to play Raven Rock. It is a very challenging course for even the experienced golfer but being a little older I play from the middle tees and just enjoy the challenge. Each hole is different and it pays to know the course. I was able to play a couple of rounds by myself and just enjoyed the beauty of the course and the mountains. I made a lot of pictures to show my friends here in Michigan and now they want to play this course. Staff is friendly and I just can’t think of anything bad to say about the course, well maybe waiting for the deer to cross the fairway but that was good too.

This course was an absolute treat. I came on a rainy Sunday, and was the only golfer on the entire course. Mark in the pro shop was so gracious and friendly. Being form Arizona, I was not going to let a little rain ruin my day. I enjoyed each and every shot, even the bad ones. Some of the best views I have ever seen on a golf course. This is a great track and work the trip in to play.
I didn't get to play the course or get try the restaurant but I couldn't have been treated any better . They called another course for me fed me and and allowed me to hit a free bucket of balls. If I am back in the area I will definitely try to play there again
