Jericho has received awards as part of our involvement in two key projects: 1) Greenspot Road Bridge Replacement, City of Highland-The American Public Works Association (APWA) recognized this project three separate times as one of the best transportation projects in the Inland Empire, in Southern California, and in the United States. The project was also selected as one of the APWA’s 2016 Small Community/Rural Community Public Works Projects of the Year. Jericho was deemed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service the Designated Environmental Site Manager for the project, and completed all tasks from pre-construction agency consultation, construction monitoring, to currently habitat mitigation monitoring. 2) Arthur H Bridge Water Treatment Plant Design-Build Upgrades, Cucamonga Valley Water District. The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) San Bernardino and Riverside Counties Branch awarded this project as an Outstanding Public Sector Civil Engineering Project. Jericho assisted the engineers in designing the project to minimize and avoid impacts to sensitive resources. The ASCE commented that “The project clearly demonstrates its complexity, innovative design and benefits.
