This store has amazing customer service! I called HaTarnegolet hoping for delivery since I am in quarantine. The person on the phone helped me figure out exactly what I needed and was able to suggest great products that fit my price range, and one of the employees (or perhaps the owner, I’m not sure) brought what I needed to my apartment within the same day, personally. He left it outside my door and called to make sure he had gotten the right address. I am so grateful! Absolutely recommend this store for wonderful products and the employees who really care about their customers.
Really awesome! Costa is very knowledgeable about dogs and assists you in picking the right kind of dog food. My dog has allergies so it is tricky to get the right food for him and this place carries a wide variety of dog food with single source protein. Highly recommend!

Clean neat pet store. Extremely well stocked. Interaction with visiting animals is wonderful to see. Very helpful personnel ready to advise and assist. Nice selection of toys as well. Great place to bring your animal for a visit. They are treated like VIPs.
