Andrew Perlin is my Allstate Agent. I was referred to him by the Manager at my apartment complex, he is our Renter's insurance representative. After discussing renters insurance with me he asked if I had auto insurance and the rest is history. He gave me a class on Car Insurance 101 right over the phone. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service, even when I had to ask him to explain a couple of times. Everytime I call them there is someone who answers there is no recording unless closed and always get right down to answer any questions I never have to wait for anything I need they are efficient in what they do I am very satisfied with the service I receive
