Wonderful product with even more wonderful costumer relations.
I purchased countless gallons of Plaster Weld and recently received one that had frozen. I spoke with the owner of the company, Jeff Larsen and from the onset he was rude, unprofessional and extremely defensive. Instead of taking any accountability, he said there was o possible way\ that \anything could ever been wrong with Plaster Weld\. Quite a bold statement to claim that he is the first manufacturer ever in history to make a perfect product. The customer service speaks for itself. Feel horrible for the employees of Larsen Products who have to experience that narcissistic and childish behavior daily. I will be certain to never purchase another product from Larsen Products ever again.
