Awesome concept stellar customer service. I had questions about the rental process that were quickly answered, and the pick-up and drop-off staff were INCREDIBLE. I moved from a third floor walk up and was fully prepared to take the crates up on my own a few at a time, but the delivery guys were adamant about carrying them up for me. They let me carry one dolly. The pick-up guys were great too- all the staff I spoke to and interacted with were kind and respectful. Hopefully not moving again soon but will rely on rentacrate when I do. One thought- moving a from a one bedroom to a one bedroom, there was no way I would have used 20 crates, which was the recommended amount. It was easy to downsize to 10, which was plenty.
