Warning: theft by delivery employees - use caution. Installers showed up on time. That was the best the service offered. Installers made up a policy to take our dryer that we didn't want removed. Claimed they can't do the install without removing both the washer and dryer. Later phone call to their office claimed this was not true. They were only supposed to remove the washing machine. Installers scratched up the washer and dryer during install. After calling, management advised they would call us back. It's been almost a week with no call back. They have also stopped answering calls from us. At this point, dont buy appliances from samsung. Avoid this shipping company at all costs. Just filed a police report for the theft. Will most likely be taking legal action at this point.

I had a delivery scheduled with XPO yesterday. I was leary at first because of the bad reviews I saw on Google. I just wanted to let people know that I did not have any of the negative experience with the company that others have had. I communicated with 3 people from the company. They were all pleasant to speak with. Setting up the delivery time was painless. The driver called me around an hour before he arrived as requested. The driver got to my home in a timely manner and dropped off my delivery as close as possible to my house. Great experience overall.
