Was delighted to find Jet Wasch mid-vacation when we desperately needed to get things washed. We were staying at the Astoria, a quick 10 minute walk to the laundry. Dropped off our clothes and arranged for them to be brought back to the hotel. Reasonable prices, clean, beautifully folded clothes returned several hours later, as promised. Highly recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My family and I have been in Europe a couple weeks and were looking at different laundry options. Read some great reviews about this place and the services didn't disappoint. 23 euros for 1 load (load measured by weight). Very affordable considering Switzerland prices and us not having to use our own vacation time to do laundry. We ended up doing two loads of laundry. The clothes were clean, folded perfectly, and ready in a timely manner. Workers were very friendly, looked to be a family business. Seemed like genuinely great people.

We were recommended this washing service through the Information centre. Read the reviews and got our washing done there. Big pile of washing (one full load) washed and folded beautifully for only 23 CFH. Well done Jet Wasch!
Amazing!!!! Dropped off two large loads around noon and had it delivered impeccably folded to our hotel that evening. Life saver for a long vacation.
My husband and I were looking for a place to do our laundry in Lucerne and we found Jet Wasch. As other reviewers mentioned, this place is amazing! It is run by a family and their daughter Ana speaks perfect English. The place is super clean and the service is professional, efficient and friendly. We dropped off our laundry right before noon and everything was delivered to our hotel the same day in the evening. There is a charge for delivery to the hotel but overall the price is very reasonable compared to everything else in Switzerland. They only accept cash but I highly recommend this place!
Great service — especially for those on travel!! They had my clothes turned around not only same day, but within hours after drop-off. The quick turn around, along with the hotel delivery option is fantastic. Clothes came back very clean, folded, and pressed (if required). Thanks again!
Visiting Lucerne from the United States and staying at a local hotel. Found these guys on an internet search and so glad I did. They are awesome. Dropped off laundry and they had it done when they said they would. Cleaned and folded everything better than I would do myself and at a fraction of the cost the hotel would have charged. Spoke to us in English also!! Perfect!
