We cannot express how completely satisfied we are with Rock River Homes. We were first time home builders and had heard all the horror stories and are pleased to report that we had an amazing experience from contract to closing......and beyond! The Rock River Team were all so responsive to us no matter the issue. We knew exactly who to contact throughout the build process and never felt shuffled around. Rock River addressed all of our questions in a timely manner and we always felt confident that they were \with us\ in the process. We moved into our dream home in September 2020 and even in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Rock River delivered exceptional customer service and care. They welcomed us in as part of the Rock River Family and we are proud to show off our lovely, quality built home!

Rock River did not disappoint . I was very nervous going with a builder from the ground up. They exceeded my expectations. The quality in their work shows. Emily and all the folks i worked with were professional and very responsive. I feel like I’ve been here in my home longer than i have ... it’s just so well done and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering working with a builder!

Rock River delivered the BEST home building experience EVER! I have heard so many nightmare stories about building. And I can’t say from sales to closing that I encountered one bump... it was flawless and so fun! I would ho back and build 10 more houses if I could. Biggest shout outs to the Williams Farmhouse team, Emily, Angie, Travis and Jerry! They were simply the BEST! Professional, on time, thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, quality work... from the bottom of my heart thank you for making that experience so wonderful!
