Jim and his crew are absolutely amazing! Jim was instrumental with helping us pick out the perfect shingles and color. He was attentive to all our needs, answering all questions. Unlike other companies, Jim did not pressure us to pick out the most expensive products. His attention to detail is impressive. His crew are hard working, professional, talented and very kind. The entire project was completed in two days. The yard was left absolutely spotless! This new roof has transformed the entire house! We chose Jim because of his customer service, vast experience and his reputation. I would absolutely recommend Jim and his crew!

Jim Krueger has done several jobs for us, including a new roof, windows and doors over the past decade. Today he replaced a broken handle on the sliding door he installed a few years ago....free of charge! (We had tried on our own to get a replacement handle without success.) He has always responded to any contacts we’ve made. Very friendly, high quality service.
I called him to get a estimate and he said he would call me back next week and he never did. the next week same thing. That's unprofessional, if your too busy just say so.
We are exceptionally happy with the fantastic work done by Jim and his crew! They are highly professional in their demeanor and efficiency, and highly knowledgeable at what they do! They operate cleanly, and Jim worked very hard to accommodate our availability and rather sporadic office schedule. When we called Jim, we had 17 lead-paint laced windows that we couldn't even open (the old rope and weight systems had broken years ago), and a back door that was so off-kilter that it was single-handedly skyrocketing our heating bill every month. The whole Krueger team keeps working until everything is perfect, and boy is it ever - our new windows and brand new back door ARE perfect.
