Kristi was professional and quick. I went to her for eyebrow shaping and a bikini wax. I am so happy I found her and she's SO CLOSE. My new go-to place for waxing! I'm looking forward to going there for more services.

Today I got waxed at The Waxery. Kristi was so awesome at making me feel comfortable. This was the first time I got waxed and she definitely gave me good instructions and it wasn't painful at all. It was affordable as well. All in all a great experience! I will definitely come back.
It felt like the technician didnt know what she was doing. Used a wooden instrument to get old gel polish off before realizing there was an instrument in the package beside her. Did not even cut cuticles on my hands or feet or use any oils. No massaging of hands or feet. And my first night with the gel manicure, the polish chipped. This has NEVER happened before! Would not recommend at all. Sorry I wasted my money.

when i first met Kristi , she was going crazy over sanitizing EVERYTHIG. I was a first time brazilion wax male that was actually shaking when i arrived. ... if anyone is a sceptic, i want to put your mind at ease. Kristi has an unbelievable personality and sense of humor. She is SOO Professional and the whole place is spottless. I actually felt like i found a new friend by the time i left Thank You So Much Kristi for an unbelievably painless experience... in so many ways!!
