NO RESPONSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN 4 MONTHS!!!!!! I wish I could give this a 0 star rating! My nurse was not professional, courteous and did not do one thing but copy my therapists info that was in my home 5 minutes prior. This is after a no show or courtesy call for a prior scheduled appointment. Tried numerous times to contact this company to resolve paying for a service I did not receive. The only response was another written bill threatening legal action! NEVER AGAIN! You would think they would like repeat business as I am now searching for a new company for my other hip replacement.

Jewish Family Services is the absolute worst organization I have ever run across. I'm only sorry that I have to post one star. Otherwise it would be a no star review. My uncle was places in their care after his condition was aggravated by a medication error by the pharmacy and two people took advantage of him during that time. While they have been in charge, his bills went unpaid for months to the point of disconnection, his credit rating dropped to poor, and they have yet to pay one penny on his Medicare supplement insurance. I have maintained that on my own. They charge him who knows what amount of money for this disgraceful service and do nothing. I've been my uncle's primary care giver for many years. I was his power of attorney and took care of all of his day to day bills. I'm astounded that after all this time of his never being late on a bill payment, they have not paid a single thing on time. The icing on the cake was this morning when I received a text message, first contact that I've had from them at all since they allowed his Dish Network to be turned off on Dec 6th. The case manager informed me that she has cancelled his neurologist appointment for tomorrow, an appointment that it took two months to get and that she said she didn't need to be present for. Suddenly she needs to be there and get schedule won't allow it so she had cancelled it. Since when does adminstrative convenience trump medical necessity? The whole group is corrupt.
