The usual building supplier layout - 5 blokes sat behind a desk doing nowt but no one wanting to serve you. Finally when one had finished picking his nose and scratching his ar5e I finally got noticed. They realised I didn’t have an account and was a cash customer so that was the catalyst to rob me blind - was sold a warped piece of timber for the price of an ancient oak tree from Sherwood Forest. Won’t be returning.

Friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I need but looked up how to get it from another branch. They even told me the closest place that might have it that wasn't them. Will go back and highly recommend.
Good but lack knowledge.
After being letdown by some builders at the 11th hour, I went to Jewson to sort out materials for building a shed base as a first timer !! Both Steve and Laurence were ever so helpful going above and beyond their duties to ensure I was sorted at the end of the day. You guys rescued me and everything went well and was on plan. Many thanks guys and keep up the good work - customer service and satisfaction at its best !!
