They fixed my international. I was quoted 500 by another garage. They fixed it for 130. Honest trust worthy company. Highly recommended

I have never gotten a car fixed before so this would've been my first time. when i called to see if they would put a new ac compressor i bought formy first car in, the guy gave me attitude and a snarky comment about how outback doesn't cook his steak. so rude and unprofessional. i understand if he doesn't put outside parts in peoples cars, but he didn't have to be so rude and unprofessional about it.

J.F. Sands is definitely not customer focused. I was told they would give me a free estimate. I arrive, and an hour later he says to me that will be 50.00. I looked at him and mentioned, what about that free estimate. Bluntly says, yeah I don't record my conversations and I don't work for free. I was like wow, here is the money and never looked back. Sounds like a nice man on the phone but would not trust this man as far as I could throw him.

Brought truck in for smoking issue. They said it was a bad turbo, paid 4,000 and did not solve anything. They said it was an injector, paid another 1,000 and solved nothing. Truck still smokes worse than ever! Said I needed the parking brake fixed, paid another 1,000 and it came back with the dash brake lights on. Every time we go there, they say they are on lunch. Another truck I brought in for a coolant issue. They said it was an EGR, paid 1,800, and they motor blew up a week later. These guys have no clue what they are doing (at least with diesels) and just like to throw parts at issues. Would not recommend to anyone.
