i was hoping for a prompt and helpful service, but they seem to miss the concept of customer service, very rude staff who don't have a clue on how to talk with customers..... I am going to try once more to see if i can pick up my parcel which arrived on Thursday...... Please train your staff on how to interact with customers, as you work in the service industry. Your main objective should be customer based and focused....... Please Please I implore you to teach your staff better manners.
