After numerous emails over the last 2 month period not one person has had the decency to reply. I wish i had never used this company!! I understand the covid has impacted; but they state their staff are working from home, lol no way more like they cant be bothered!

Please avoid this company. They are extremely slow, even when their website says they are running a full service during Covid-19. They are rude and unprofessional, lacking simple details such as timescales. The reporting company they use generates inaccurate reports and fails to ask more probing questions. Their phone line cuts you off after a 20 min wait. Their case handlers leave the company and they fail to tell you who is taking over your case.
