Jikishin Ju-Jitsu is great physical exercise and real world applicable self defense. Class are run in a disciplined yet relaxed environment with a superb instructor. Syllabus is challenging but achievable for anyone and rewarding mastering. Class are run with safety in mind and students build on skills progressively. If you have been sitting on the fence about getting into martial arts I would highly recommend coming to watch or participate in a class.
