Overall a great experience. Our sales rep, Marisa Salazar was very knowledgeable. With all of the different Jeep models, options, and customization, she did an outstanding job of finding the Jeep that fit what we were looking for. She also had saintly patience with our three year old son. I had forgotten how long the process of buying a new car is (especially financing), but when our son started to get restless, she was always there with a new balloon or toy to keep him occupied and happy. Richard Bettini was also a tremendous help on the paperwork side of things. Buying a new car is always a mountain of paperwork and endless signatures and initials, but his incredible organization skills made the whole process smooth. He also clearly and concisely explained what exactly I was signing on each document. We ended up driving away with a new Jeep Gladiator that same day. Our monthly payment is a little more than we were planning, but with the extra options and protections that both Marisa and Richard got for us, I am confident that we got more than our money's worth.

We just bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and, I must say, the experience was about as good as it can get while buying a car. They allowed an overnight test drive and once we gave then the GO, much of the paperwork was already prepared by the time we returned with the car. Marisa Salazar was wonderful to work with and, was indeed, our advocate in ironing out the details. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase and new vehicle.

I truly appreciated how the service manager and most especially, Douglas Marroquin, my service manager, created a very positive customer service experience through their friendly , professional, conversational greetings. I was very impressed with Douglas' speedy turnaround for completing my required oil change and also the patient and efficient way he explained my Jeep's current engine and mechanical performance. Khalil made the whole experience smooth and effortless. He would have showed us every car on all the lots until we felt like we found the one. He was positive, vibrant and more importantly listen to us. This was a great first experience for my daughter and I am so glad it was with Khalil he is the best at what he does. From Khalil to the F&I the whole thing was smooth, fun and exciting experience. I do want to say the energy in JC Jeep is hype, uplifting and very very fun.
