2/26/21 I buy gas cap for my mazda take it home installation to my car but it is not working my car I bring back next day manager part department he hold gas cap not refund Hey! Jim it not right, I must get refund Thanks! Jim Click p/s 44.00 not much but not right If parts is good customers never return, keep that in mind

Lousy experience with Jim Click and the service department,I purchased a Nissan Truck less than a year ago and I have the maintenance for life deal and 2 weeks ago I had the oil changed, and they recommended a fuel injection cleaning they said nothing about needing a new battery. Yesterday the truck would not start, the battery was dead so I called the service department and asked if I had any kind of warranty with the battery and they said \NO\ that they were sorry that there was nothing they could do, they did not offer a replacement, a used one nor an offer for a new one, in other words I was stuck with a dead battery and I am 40 miles away from the dealership, you figure you purchase a truck for 20,000 it should have a good battery. I got a jump start and drove over to Firestone , they gave me a 40 dollar discount and a new battery with a 5 year warranty, so I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor recommend any of my friends who may be looking for a new vehicle, I will continue to get the oil changes that are part of the purchase and that is it, To Hell with the Jim Click service department!

This has been the worst car buying/dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the finance dept, to many issues after the purchase. I recommend making the drive to Phoenix to purchase a new Mazda. I love my new Mazda3, but regret purchasing it from this dealership. I will not do business with a Click dealership ever again.
