I wanted to give a shout-out to Tom Mann, Service Director, Jim Ellis Kia Kennesaw. Our 2012 Soul was towed into Jim Ellis Kia needing a new motor. We didn't qualify for any of the recalls but Tom Mann went out of his way, for no other reason than to show kindness to a customer. Tom was able to convince Kia to replace our motor as a \gesture of goodwill\. He has earned our respect and our business. If you want to be treated with respect and deal with good, honest people, this is where you should take your Kia! Thank you for everything Tom Mann and Jim Ellis Kia Kennesaw service team!!

Very complimentary and well timed with oil changes. After I got my new Kia Optima 2020 I have two free oil changes and they even checked the car for me and washed it too. The sales associate Mikey Downes was very light and fun and didn’t appear dull, yet seemed delighted to help and was much appreciated. Definitely recommend him and this Kia to all other car owners.

I took my car in for the tire to be replaced and what I got was so unexpected!!! My service advisor was Camille and she was the most amazing person I’ve ever met at Kia in 5 years!!! She was professional, very kind to my daughter I mean she went above and beyond to help us . We had to leave our car there because my particular tire is t stocked there and she put us in a loaner .. she continued to stay in contact and update us on the car ... I’m just blown away by her customer service skills... it has been a very long time that I’ve seen anyone that showed this type of passion for her work and was HAPPY to help and get things done! Even the staff was helpful even though I wasn’t their client !!! sorry Atlanta west Kia but Jim Ellis takes the cake on this one So again thank you Jim Ellis and staff for creating such a friendly atmosphere! My best Kia experience ever!!

The Kia service and parts department took very good care of my vehicle and myself. It was fairly priced, and I was very satisfied with the work done. I went for my 90K mile checkup, an extensive maintenance process, and was accommodated greatly and efficiently. They even have a complimentary Lyft to take you anywhere within 10 miles and to come pick you up. I definitely recommend coming here for any needs that you might need.
