I've owned dozens of cars throughout my life. I've purchased from several dealers in the KC Metro area and some dealers outside of KC as well. I have had some really awful car buying experiences. Actually, most of them have been awful. From shady dealers to sales managers with bad superiority complexes, I've seen the worst of the worst in the car business. Enter Traci Shepard. After looking around for a very specific vehicle, I got tired of dealers wanting to play games. I took a chance on Traci and Jim Falk Motors, which is about 90 minutes from my front door. From the moment she answered my call to the time the car was delivered to my home, she was attentive, up front and courteous. I cannot adequately emphasize how well she got both the big things and the little things right. I will not hesitate to purchase another car from Jim Falk Motors as long as Traci is there!
