Jim and Debi are by far the nicest and most patient people in the world. If you have any fears about the process being complicated or stressful, they will put your mind at ease instantly. Due to their personal attention, support and excellent communication the entire experience of having to file BK was simple. The most difficult part of it all was obtaining all of the paperwork I needed to provide them to submit to the court. However, that had nothing at all to do with them and was entirely due to the places I had to obtain the paperwork from. They’ll give you a list of what you need to provide to them and exactly what else you need to do. They offer an online portal where you can upload all of your documents right into your personal profile which was a huge help due to my rather hectic work/life schedule. Also, they offer an awesome array of payment/financing options that work for anyone so that your financial situation that brought you to them doesn’t stand in your way of getting the debt relief you came for. Another added bonus about the payment plan is that it reports to all three credit bureau’s as soon as your BK case is discharged. I received my discharge paperwork shortly after Thanksgiving 2020. Now 4 months later my credit score is already in the low 700’s. I have my life back, massively reduced stress level and am no longer an overworked slave to my bills just trying to figure out how to survive each day. If you’re looking for a Law Firm that actually cares about you as a person and truly enjoys helping people, THIS is the place you’ve been looking for.

I chose this attorney because we got a discount through the place I was employed with. However, after the case started and I was told what would happen some other things started to happen. For which, this attorney claimed the actions I wished for him to take in defending his clients and sticking up for his clients yes, us the ones who paid them over 2k to do a bankruptcy. Today we received their letter saying they are withdrawing from the case because I wanted him to file a complaint against the trustee who slandered us in the court and while under oath to a judge. He lists my requests as being unethical as a reason for him wanting to withdrawal as representative. Did they teach a class on Ethics in law school Jim? Do you understand what ethical means? You were paid to represent us, not to tell us what you will or will not do. As for my request for you to do your job being unethical, I'm not sure where you are getting that definition sir. Ethical and morally correct would have been to pursue the complaint against the trustee who lied about your client under oath. But I guess in your world ethics are something different where you roll over for every demand. Given this Jim, I will be filing a complaint with the state Bar against your practice, and Beacon Law Firm. Also tell your boss to stop calling me and telling me I did not review the correct place. I paid the office in Florida for your services. So since you have not finished out the case how much of a refund will we be getting from you?

I would highly recommend Mr Gaudiosi to anyone looking for a lawyer. He made sure all my information was correct he was great at answering my hundreds of questions. When I was totally at my personal low he never made me feel less than and I commend him for the respect he gave me when I didn’t feel I deserved it.
