Great customer Service I got there before 8am for a recall on my airbag and they were ready and super organize. Nancy greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm that was addicting. She then handed me over to Mike Bowers to finish my work order. Mike was very patient and kind and took time to educate me on some extra work my car may need in the future. He was not pushing for an up sale at all but genuinely giving me information for my safety and well being of my vehicle. Because of this I will start getting my regular routine checks here from now on. (P.S. they price match- ask details on this) They gave me an minimum time of 2 hours for my work order which I was more than happy to patiently wait for but he assure me they will try to get it done before then and to my surprise they did. Waiting room was comfortable and they offer free coffee and hot chocolate and had snacks for purchase that was cheap to help with the waiting time. All around great experience. Thank you to those working behind the scene in the parts garage also!! Great team work everybody.

Our salesperson \Bo\ was friendly, fast, and efficient. We visited the store with not very much time to look at some vehicles (already knew what we wanted essentially) and Bo understood our time crunch and helped us pick out about 4 or 5 options to look at and even got to test drive one before we had to leave and pick up our daughter. Came back later and finalized the sale. \Bo\ was not pushy or acted like we were wasting his time, he was extremely patient and genuinely cared about us and our experience. Long story short, if you end up going here ask for \Bo\ as soon as you get out of your car and you will be pleased with your experience here.

About 40 days ago, I arrived at their office, and in connection with the move to another state, I filled out an application that I want to refuse the additional service paid for 3 years in advance. The employee took my application and assured me that they would send me a check soon. This never happened. Now, during calls to them, they answer that everyone is very busy, and will call sometime later in a few days. Nobody knows anything .. Nobody remembers anything ... Disappointed ...... Plus, there is constant SPAM to my email, although I have repeatedly unsubscribed from their mailings ..

BENCH DRIVEN

I scheduled safety recall work and a tire rotation to be completed on my truck on January 20th of this year. It took a considerable amount of coordination to arrange transportation in order for me to get to and from work knowing that the service appointment would take 3 plus hours to complete. After returning to pick up my truck I discovered that they didn’t even start the safety recall job. They didn’t have an explanation as to why they did not even get to it. They had plenty of time to complete the task. I didn’t even get a follow up call to try and rectify the situation. The dealership does not seem to think a safety recall is all that important or basic customer service for that matter.
