I was traveling and make a stop just for an Auntie Anne’s pretzel and it was a horrible experience. The cashier was super rude and yelling (maybe trying to be loud with a mask) but he was just yelling his questions at me. Not welcoming at all. Then he asked what I wanted and when I went to say a pretzel and he said “we only have what’s in the case” I look to the case and it was only two cups full of nuggets. Then I asked for a iced tea and he said they only had lemonade. I almost walked away but I got the pretzel nuggets and left. They were over cooked and greasy. Oh and don’t let me forget, there were 3 other employees just standing there chatting. Clearly at least one of them could have made more food.

If your going to have mini pretzel dogs on the menu, try actually having them available.

slow as hellllllllll. i watched 2 workers just stand around taking their time while one made pretzels. i also watched 3 families in front of us walk away bc nobody was doing anything. my brother got simple pretzel bites and it took them 15 minutes to scoop them out and give it to us i literally could’ve went back there and scooped them myself in 2 seconds
