Celebrated my birthday in this fantastic spot! We were spoiled. The ambiance, menu, service, and taste matched the best of the best! With his 35 years of experience, Tony does it right. He balances the Victorian decor and his Italian flare into a perfect night out. We started with bread and his signature garlic and cheeses sauce. Words cant do it justice. We ordered a bottle of wine and tasted the tomato basil soup. My wife was "awe struck". I always order a Rack of Lamb on any special occasion. On this occasion, I have never tasted anything more succulent. My only regret was not trying my wife's Chicken Milanese. It looked good. All entrees were complimented with a house salad and side pasta dish. It was all made to order! It ended with fresh Banana Foster made table side by Tony. It was decadent! This will be one more reason to visit Jim Thorpe again. Thanks Tony and Catherine! You guys do it right!\ufeff
