This Dugan realtor did not communicate in a professional manner, our realtor was in contact with this agent for an offer we put on a house. The seller counter offered a bit higher, so we also put another offer to counter that to meet in the middle, so while this was all going on, this realtor, Dugan, neglected to notify our realtor that other offers were on the table from other potential buyers. He even told our realtor that he was 99% sure the seller would accept the offer, but our realtor also told Dugan that if the seller still did not want to come down in price then we would accept his offer. The paperwork was was all ready to go. All of a sudden we were waiting to hear back from Dugan about the offer, when our realtor reached out to him, he told her that another offer was accepted from another buyer without notifying our realtor that there were other offers from other buyers...extremely unprofessional and utterly disappointed in this realtor, I would not recommend working with an agent from this so called realty team ever. Not sure why anyone would want to work with someone who operates in this manner.

SUMMARY: Friendly and attentive staff. The company recently reorganized and has been putting a HUGE effort toward improving their communication and hiring reliable, trustworthy team members. While I don't work for Hugh, I have seen almost 50 properties with members of his staff and have purchased 8 properties so far. IN DETAIL: If you've ever had a tough time reaching their staff and were deterred from working with them, I urge you to give them an opportunity now that they've reorganized their structure and returned their focus to providing clients with prompt responses to emails, calls, and texts. Their second office was run by Kristin Obert, a realtor who learned from Hugh and his team over the years. They entrusted her with the lead position at their Palmerton office, only to have her steal client contact information, take some of Hugh's agents with her, and start her own agency in the same area. For months, Hugh and his staff had to deal with both the fallout of Kristin's sudden departure and the effects of covid-19. This led to longer response times and messages being unread indefinitely, since they were sent to email accounts no longer accessible by Hugh's team. In the last month, Hugh and his team has closed the Palmerton office, hired new, experienced staff members, and re-focused their efforts on giving every client the best buying/selling experience possible. I look forward to seeing this company continue to move in the right direction and expand.
He is absolutely terrible. Unable to do anything in a timely manner. The only thing he did consistently was lie to us. Don't waste your time dealing with this company.
