I gathered 3 different quotes from 3 different local providers for a mini split AC & heat pump system. Kresge services came out to do a quote, spent about 5-10 mins walking through the house and left. They said they'll get back to us. Two weeks went by and we finally heard back and it was that they needed to come out and look around again to get an \accurate\ quote. During that initial walk through, he was suggesting models and layouts that the other 2 providers did not, and they seemed to be less efficient. Given that the other 2 companies that provided quotes to me walked through my house and each spent an hour taking down measurements and going through everything in detail, they both called and emailed me a finished quote the next business day. Overall, I would take your business elsewhere.
