VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, DO NOT PREFER...... I went in to buy an used vehicle but the manager was so rude and he doesn't care about the customer, salesman was helpful but the manager refused to come out and talk to us to close the deal. We finally left the dealership after spending 4 hrs.

Mr. Puckett was very professional. I also saw him interact with another customer was awesome. When the customer asked if he could have his car ready because his wife had an emergency appointment this morning he was very accommodating and said he would do his best. That type of customer service is sometimes rare but James was able to make him very happy. I think that speaks volumes about him as a customer service representative.

Great place really nice and courteous sales and finance. Our salesman really kept us in the loop throughout and explained everything as the process went on. The lounge area could use some couches to make it a little more comfortable. But would recommend them to anyone.
