I gave them an approval on replacing an injection pump on my RV over a month ago. Now I can’t seem to get anyone to call me back or let me know if the work is done. Very frustrating not to get a call back nor get someone on the phone. I can’t see how they stay in business without communicating with their customers. Here’s an update to my previous review. 11/29/2020 After my original review I received a call from Jim’s Auto Service Manager. We had a conversation about my concerns, and I was pleased and convinced that my RV will be repaired soon. 10 days later as I was promised, I received a call from the office that my RV was ready. I requested them to make sure it was safe to be driven on the Hwy since it was sitting for a while. They rechecked it and gave me the green light. I picked up the RV Saturday morning. It started and sounded like new again. I drove it for an hour plus and it ran great. Life is full of experiences and lessons. The more we learn from it the better people we become. I am 100% pleased with the outcome of my experience with Jim’s Auto and staff. I will continue servicing my RV/vehicle @ Jim’s Auto& Truck.
