This is a family owned business and they have gone above and beyond for my family. They are the best priced place around, and they are very welcoming and understanding. And they explain everything so that you understand everything. I would rate this business 10 stars if I could. I recommend calling here before you call any of the high priced chain funeral homes.

After my fathers sudden passing, I reached out to Jim's Funeral Home. I can't say enough great things about Jim and his family. Jim and his daughter Sarah far exceeded my hopes and expectations when it came to honoring my father. Not only were the prices low, but the services were excellent. At one point I was trying to figure out what I wanted engraved on my fathers urn. Jim had already left for the day, but turned around from Grapevine in 5:00 traffic just to meet me back at the funeral home and give me exactly what I wanted. I have a younger brother who is incarcerated. Without hesitation Sarah typed a letter up to the Jail and sent it immediately, even though the memorial service wasn't through the funeral home. Words can't express what these gestures mean to me. They may seem small, but when you're facing something so tragic and heartbreaking, these small gestures mean the world to me. I know that this isn't just a career for Jim, this is truly his passion. He did all he could and the best he could to honor me and my family's wishes. I am beyond grateful and blessed by all that Jim and Sarah did for me and for all they did to honor my father. Thank you Jim's Funeral Home for showing such compassion and for having such kind hearts during this tragedy I faced.
