For 80 yuan per night, I think this is the best service I've ever gotten anywhere. Well-functioning air-conditioning, OK bed (could maybe feel a bit hard for some people), a clean bathroom (however, somewhat worn), complimentary high-speed internet, and internet TV with an endless choice of movies. The room was comfortably big. However, note that there is no breakfast. What they call "laundry service" is free, but it consists of you washing your clothes yourself by hand. The service is great. We made a complaint that the internet, and therefore also the internet TV, was not working in our room, and they immediately tried to fix it, and when it still didn't work, they moved us to a different room where it worked perfectly. The location is perfect. The shopping street is right outside the front door, and the nearest shop is a supermarket where you get everything you need. For people used to hotels like Best Western, Hilton, Hyatt and so on, the Dashuzhen might feel a bit ... different. The rating I have given here means that I felt comfortable for the entire stay, and that the price is ridiculously low. Also, nobody speaks English there (this goes actually for the entire village). So you might want to read up on your Chinese before coming.
