Jim and Matthew, with J&J Electronics of Appleton, did installation work for me twice in November. They were very professional, friendly, detail oriented, efficient, and took the time to answer my questions and explain how the equipment works. In addition, they were both very patient and quite skilled at this technical work, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed as soon as possible. I was so impressed with their service and would highly recommend Jim and Matthew for any installation needs.

My wife and I bought a used RV so I brought it to J&J Electronics to figure out the cable system. All three employees worked on trouble shooting & trying to figure out the rats nest of old cables. They were all very helpful. After 1 1/2 hours of testing and tracking the lines and input boxes around the RV, they had it diagnosed. They're rate for that time was extremely low. We could not have received better customer service and we highly recommend J&J Electronics for all your Electronic needs!
