Very professional service friendly helpful staff from order to delivery reasonably priced too .
Good selection of items at great prices. Staff helpful. Couple things to improve: - Listen to customers, I’ve written a couple times to talk about my suggestions / queries and never had anything back. - Improve vegan / free-from offering: My pizza business is seeing increasing demand for vegan options and gluten free options, neither of which JJ provide at the moment - Improve collection at busy times: If there was a way to notify arrival to warehouse staff from phone that would be cool. Occasionally I felt like a few staff would play favourites with those they knew or during Covid, those who don’t keep distance and push to front demanding their order are unfairly given priority. - Slightly more choice on pizza ingredients would be appreciated, you used to do frozen sourdough balls which were perfect but don’t appear to stock anymore
