My kids started here and loved it. So we decided to make it a family thing and it really has made an impact on all of us. This style of martial arts really has helped me see that the martial arts I took as a young man were elementary compares to what is taught here. A REAL self-defense system that can be used in real life. I am so glad this place opened up with an incredible instructor. I highly recommend for everyone of all ages, kids, teens adults, and young at heart.
