We came back from holiday to find our car had a flat battery, james (i think) arrived within 20 mins of us phoning him, and he was so friendly and efficient that we were on our way home in no time. Definelty would recommend him!!! Thank you for helping us - Sean

Found my self with a flat battery at Stanstead airport at 5 in the morning with four tired kiddies in the car. AA were a joke, up to 4 HR wait, rung James instead and was with me in about 15 minutes! Excellent service from a top bloke, very highly recommended!

James was amazing!!!! Super helpful my car broke down whilst I was visiting my sister in the south (as I live up north) not only was he able to help and assist in recovering my car but took the time to help me find a garage that would benefit me for a quick and reliable fix and spoke to the garage on my behalf so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He has managed to help me get my car back on the road in one day without any stress and hassle. Nothing was to much trouble not even when I needed a lift to the cash point and back to my sisters. (Which was most helpful seen as I didn’t really know where I was). I would like to say a massive thank you for all the help and support you have shown and given me today. NEVER would I use a branded company like the AA or RAC again! Keep up the good work! Jame’s number will be stored on my phone should I ever need road side assistance with my car again.
