Sms's John late between 7pm-10pm to organise a drop off of my pc, turns out my AIO cooler had failed, since the tower was 4 years old i did not have the resources to isolate and test each paprt ot check why it did not boot, Dropped it off lunch and John was communicating with me throughout the afternoon and offered a replacement AIOcleantidy cable managment and fixed the air flow of my pc. I normally build my own computers but as you get older you just dont have the time working a full time job to go out and test bits and pieces. I know for my next gaming pc I will have him assemble it as it even updated my biosoptmised settings as well. I can't give 6 stars rating so 5 stars will do Kevin/bksama

Look no further. If you have any I.T/ computer issues then you have go here at JM computer repairs and service. John was amazing. So friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Definitely knows his stuff. I had a very slow Mac Book pro. I wanted to upgrade the memory and hard drive and John told me the best ones to upgrade too. I now have to tie my laptop down because it just wants to FLY. Lol. All this was done in a day. Thank you JM.

John went above and beyond assisting me rebuilding my computer after it imploded. After purchasing a new motherboard, CPU, and memory, John installed these into a new case and migrated all my data from my existing hard drives. I highly recommend John and his team for all your computer needs.
