Cancelled order without even an email or explanation, AVOID. Caused nothing but headache and not even a sorry

I placed my.order late on the 9th June. I received an order confirmation early on the 10th June. I had paid extra for next day delivery. So I expected a dispatch notice later on the 9th or the 10th at the latest. It is now the 11th June. I have not received any dispatch notice or the goods ordered. I have tried to email but it keeps being bounced back to me saying it can not be delivered. I have tried phoning during the opening hours and no answer or the call just gets cut off before an answer. I am aware that Covid19 has affected how a lot of businesses are working and their turn around for orders may be longer but their website has no warnings, or notifications on to say they aren not trading. So they have my money and I have no goods. I am now up against time to get what I need for my sons birthday cake.
Fast delivery even with the lockdown, the animals were fantastic, made the cake look great would definitely recommend JN Cakes, the animals were well packed . Excellent
