He was a pleasure to deal with on site and completed the works to an extremely high standard within the timeframe given. After working with several other landscapers over the years I can honestly say I only wish I’d found him before now. We contacted JN previously in 2018 for work at a different property and after receiving a quote for the work we were unable to contact James , no reply to our texts or calls! Found that quite strange but anyway fast forward to 2021 and we are wanting to get similar work done at a different property. We thought we would give JN the benefit of the doubt and contacted them again. James visited the property , assessed and advised what should be done and told us we would have a quote in a couple of days. That was two weeks ago and unfortunately it’s the same story , no response to any means of communication.. Extremely poor.
