Well I really liked this place, and i thought i was getting a good deal,, but i went to go tanning today to find out that when I originally was told I could buy 30 days of unlimited tanning, it in fact is NOT 30 days of tanning, it expires 30 days from the day you buy it. I haven't really tanned regularly before and its obvious cause I'm pretty pale, so if this a common deal i wouldn't know. Since I only go 5-7 minutes a day and skip days occasionally to give my skin a break and they are closed 2 days a week. This was a terrible deal for me. and I only got about half of the tanning I thought that I had paid for, which I expected to be 30 sessions. I cant buy more minutes right now and my tan is not yet where i wanted so the whole thing feels like a waste of my time and money.the receptionist really didn't seem to care when I told her that i was unclear of that when I bought it and thought I had paid for 30 sessions. Im not one to raise my voice or be rude about it so I didn't really get a reaction. A little clear communication with new customers could save them some money and dissapointment.

Annette is the best! I just started visiting this salon, and she made me feel at home and really listened to what I wanted. She treated me like a friend! I will definitely continue to visit this salon; their staff is awesome, the atmosphere is welcoming, they offer a huge variety of services, and their prices are the best around!
