Worst service ever. We booked a shipment consisting of furniture items for 'door delivery" from Jodhpur to Gurgaon. Faced lot of challenges with the unprofessional behaviour of this agency. While the delivery was for door to door service the transport agency sent the goods only with the driver who dropped the goods outside our apartment and left. We had to arrange for labour at 10pm to bring the furniture into our apartment This is inspite prior instructions to the transport agency also made extra payment for door to door delivery. Highly unprofessional
